Day 01 :

Day 1: Nairobi to Amboseli

Your safari starts with pick up at 7:30 AM from your Nairobi location and drive to Amboseli. Arrive in Amboseli shortly after noon and check into camp/lodge, have hot lunch and then have some time to rest.1600hrs: - Depart for an afternoon game drive.The highlight here is that Amboseli has the greatest concentration of elephants in the world. It is home to over 1600 elephants from 56 different families. Each of the elephants has a name and a photo attached to its name.
You also stand a chance of viewing several wildlife species such as Buffaloes, lions, Leopards, Grant’s zebra, hyena, Maasai Giraffe, Impala, lion, Cape buffalo and others.Amboseli is known as the best place in Africa for getting up close to free-ranging elephants. The population is so robust here that sightings are guaranteed!It’s just one of many reasons the park is the second most popular in Kenya – only the Masai Mara draws more visitors.Amboseli is also a photographer’s paradise. Those wonderful photos you’ve seen of elephants seemingly posing in front of snow-capped Mt. Kilimanjaro? They were taken here.
After the game drive, we head back to lodge freshen up and enjoy dinner. Overnight at your lodge/camp.

Day 2: Amboseli & Tsavo

Lake Naivasha and Lake Nakuru are two prominent freshwater lakes located in the Great Rift Valley of Kenya, East Africa.

Lake Naivasha: Lake Naivasha is the highest and one of the most beautiful lakes in the Rift Valley. It is a freshwater lake known for its stunning scenery and abundant birdlife. Surrounded by lush vegetation and dotted with small islands, the lake is a haven for a variety of bird species, including pelicans, cormorants, and fish eagles. The lake also supports a diverse ecosystem with hippos and various fish species. Lake Nakuru: Lake Nakuru, situated relatively close to Lake Naivasha, is renowned for its flamingo population and diverse wildlife. Apart from flamingos, the park is home to rhinos, giraffes, zebras, and numerous bird species.
